Many believe that they can do their job well, if only they didn’t have problems and hindrances.

They are so wrong.

At any given time, a professional is bound to have problems with one or more of:

  • boss
  • co-workers
  • subordinates
  • customers
  • suppliers
  • their lack of skills
  • organizational policies

Problems will be: They are not clear, not cooperative, not supportive, making things more complicated for you, not giving you all the info, not meeting their deadlines, being unreasonable, withholding support, etc.

The only time you won’t have any problems with all of them – is when you are playing a harp in the sky with the Angels. 😊

If you accept that there will always be a problem, then you must achieve in spite of problems. Agree?
