We all need to sell something – a service, a product, an idea or even a favor.

A) 20% fail in doing the first stage of selling, PROSPECTING. You must find out who ALL are your prospects. Otherwise, you may miss out the one who really wants to buy.

B) 20% fail in making sure that the OFFER has a strong WIFM, (“What’s in it for me”) for the person you are trying to influence.

C) 40% fail in the FOLLOW-UP. You must stay in there, even after many rejections.

D) The final 20% do not know how to CLOSE. Learn suggestive closing phrases – and don’t forget to ask for the order!
