We usually have many good reasons why we are unable to be on time or accomplish assignments well.

Your Boss: Assignment was not clear, time given was too short
Your Customers: Did not respond in time, found price too high
Your Peers: Not helpful, gave you the wrong inputs
Your suppliers: Delivered too late, did not follow specs, did not respond
Your Subordinates: Not dependable, they goofed
Yourself: Not feeling well, had family priorities, not really your expertise
Others: Car broke down, computer hacked, no internet, phone got stolen

You are not needed, if you can achieve because there are no problems. Anybody can.

A true-blue professional knows there will ALWAYS be a problem or a hindrance. Therefore h/she achieves inspite-of problems.
